Absolute gem! Unbelievably convenient location with attached store, stunning views, hip cafe/bar, spotless modern rooms, and fab breakfast with friendly staff. Amazing hot spring bath, spacious lounges, easy access to attractions, new and clean, relaxing spa.

The staff at this venue were friendly and attentive, assisting with parking arrangements, while its prime location is ideal for exploring a nearby outdoor shopping area.

Its location was great and particularly good, close to everything. It was also close enough to the center of American Village connected to a Lawson's, near many restaurants in walking distance, Okinawa, and many restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were new-fashioned and incredible and had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. We got bathtubs too.

The room was spacious and modern with convenient amenities like hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets; the facilities were spotless; and the pool was fantastic, with the added convenience of on-site parking.

We had a great time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was clean and modern, with a thoughtful design that enhanced our comfort. The buffet breakfast option was perfect, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and great. The hotel is centrally located, with a Lawson's convenience store connected to it and many restaurants within walking distance. The pool was beautiful, although there was a fee to enter. The bathhouse was a nice addition as well. Parking was available for a fee, and the hotel provided amenities like a Fire stick for a small cost. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning and the popsicles during check-in. we were impressed with the quality services and enhanced comfort provided at this hotel.

No complaints, the venue met needs, 100% recommend it. Everything was nice, greatly enjoyed our really great stay. All the employees were friendly and accommodating. The location was marvellous, close to Depot. Btw, went to city center, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel - close to American Village and waterfront attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing onsen/spa after a long day of exploring. Plus, the Diamond premiere suite upgrade was an amazing experience.
